Scheduled – As part of our efforts to improve Snowflake’s cloud data platform, Snowsight will be undergoing planned maintenance, on the AWS – GovCloud (US-West) and AWS GovCloud – DoD regions, to update its underlying database to maintain system currency.

How will this affect my service?
To complete this maintenance, the Snowsight and Open Catalog UIs will briefly be unavailable for up to 15 minutes within the scheduled 60-minute window. While we’re unable to specify the exact timing of this, all other Snowflake services and features will remain fully operational during the window.

Workplace Insights vs. Post Issue: Inconsistent Reaction Data

When analyzing post data using Workplace insights, users may encounter an issue where the reaction data is not displayed correctly. This can lead to inconsistencies between the actual number of reactions on a post and the data shown in the full detailed post insights.

Affected Areas:
– Top Posts insights: The volume of reaction data may be incorrect.
– Group Metrics: The volume of reaction data may be incorrect.
– Post Insights engagement data: The volume of reaction data may be incorrect.

Jira – previews are not available in some cases

Resolved – Between 07:50 UTC to 11:31 UTC, some customers experienced previews of attachments unavailable for Confluence, Jira Work Management, Jira Service Management, Jira, and Jira Product Discovery. We have deployed a fix to mitigate the issue and have verified that the services have recovered. The conditions that cause the bug have been addressed and we’re actively working on a permanent fix. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.

Monitoring – We have identified the root cause of the issue of previews not being available for some attachments and mitigated the problem for new uploads and frequently viewed files that were affected by this issue. The rest of the previews are gradually being regenerated. We are now monitoring this closely.

Investigating – Starting around 3 AM on 22nd November, 2024 our engineers began investigating an issue with clicking SSL click tracked links in emails wherein the recipients are receiving 500 Origin Error. The origin server is not reachable or returns an error.

The issue has only been observed so far for customers using KeyCDN for their SSL click tracking configuration.

Our team is actively working to identify the root cause and will provide updates within the next hour or as new information becomes available.
