Performance is expected to return to normal service levels at 4PM. We will keep this incident up to date as we work through maintenance and restore regular service.

Identified – Customers utilizing the OneLogin Browser Extension for Google Chrome may experience functionality issues when utilizing form based connectors. Due to extensive compatibility issues a full resolution may take an extended period of time. Other browsers will continue to function normally. We will provide updates when we have additional information to share.

Identified – A new version of the OneLogin Chrome Browser Extension will be published to the Chrome Store at 04:30 GMT on Tuesday 29th October and will be gradually rolled out to end users over a 6 day period. The new extension is expected to be available to all Chrome users by Tuesday 5th November.
